- Tap Settings
- Tap "Mail"
- Tap "Add Account"
- Tap "Other"
- Tap "Add Mail Account"
- Put your name in
- Put in your email address
- Put in your email password, please note this is case sensitive
- Put a description in. Recommend you use email address as description, unles syou have reason to use something else
- Tap next
- Under Incomming mail server
- Enter host name: mail.your_domain_here
- Example: if your email address is freddy@netonecom.net then your host name would be mail.netonecom.net
- Example: if your email address is freddy@ihavemyown.com then your host name would be mail.ihavemoyown.com
- Put your email address in for Username
- Retype your password after removeing the pre-entered password. It sometimes get it wrong.
- Enter host name: mail.your_domain_here
- Under outgoing mail server
- Enter host name, the same one as incomming above.
- Put your email address in for Username
- It says it is optional, but for us it is required
- Put your password in again
- It says it is optional, but again it is required by our server
- Tap Next at the top right.
- Let it verify. If it pops up a "cannot verify server" type of error message, just tell it to continue
- Turn off "notes" if it is on
- Tap Save, in the top right corner
Please note: our servers are quite agressive against hackers, and 3 invalid password in a short time will cause your current IP address to be blocked from accessing our server in any way. This includes the website. If you belive you are blocked, try going to the webmail login page. If it loads, you are not, yet, blocked.
