If your Microsoft Office outlook is 2013 or newer, you need to make sure you are getting updated from Microsoft. To make sure you are getting these updates, go to windows update, select Advanced options, then check the Get updates for other MS products checkbox. Once you save that, check for updates and install the ones for Office. There may be a lot of them.
